Working with Lupu Agency: Corporate Event Photography and Videography Across Europe

Highlights from a premium corporate event at Rosewood London, October 2026.
In October 2026 I had the pleasure of filming a premium corporate event at Rosewood London alongside Lupu Agency. It was one of those jobs where everything simply worked, and I wanted to share what made the collaboration so enjoyable.
Who are Lupu Agency?
Lupu Agency is a photography, video and audiovisual production agency based in Madrid, working on corporate events across Europe. Their focus is conferences, summits and premium events for international companies and agencies. Organisation from the start
Good event coverage starts long before anyone picks up a camera. Lupu Agency were clear and organised from our first conversation: what mattered on the day, which moments needed covering and how the photography and video would fit together. That kind of preparation means I can arrive at the venue focused on the work rather than on questions.
On the day itself, communication stayed simple and calm. At a busy venue like Rosewood London, with sessions running to time and guests moving between spaces, that calm is worth a great deal.
Working as one team
Corporate event photography and videography works best when photographers and videographers think as one team rather than two separate crews. We kept out of each other's shots, shared what we were seeing and made sure the key moments were covered from more than one angle. It felt less like being hired in and more like being part of the same crew.
Quality of the material
For me, the real test of a collaboration is the footage you take home. Rosewood London gives you beautiful light and elegant spaces, and with the planning already done I could concentrate on capturing the atmosphere, the speakers and the small moments between sessions.
